The PPOG 1–137 uses PSA technology to separate oxygen from nitrogen and other gases in compressed air.

Step 1 – Air Intake
Clean, treated compressed air enters the oxygen generator.

Step 2 – Molecular Separation
Air passes through vessels containing Zeolite Molecular Sieves.

Step 3 – Nitrogen Adsorption
The ZMS selectively captures nitrogen and other impurities.

Step 4 – Oxygen Production
Oxygen passes through as the concentrated product gas.

Step 5 – ZMS Regeneration
The vessels alternate between pressure levels to regenerate the adsorbent for continuous operation.

Step 6 – Oxygen Delivery
Oxygen is delivered at the selected purity and required flow.

The PPOG 1–137 combines efficient PSA technology, durable construction and intelligent monitoring for dependable on-site oxygen generation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers about the PPOG 1–137 PSA oxygen generator, including purity, capacity, efficiency, operation and applications.
The PPOG 1–137 can produce oxygen from 90% to 95% purity, allowing users to select the oxygen concentration according to their application requirements.
It uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Zeolite Molecular Sieves selectively adsorb nitrogen and other gases from compressed air, allowing concentrated oxygen to pass through as the product gas.
The largest PPOG 137 model provides up to 233.5 Nm³/h at 90% purity, 224.5 Nm³/h at 93% purity, and 194.6 Nm³/h at 95% purity.
The specified inlet pressure range is 6–10 barg, with an ambient temperature range of 5–45°C.
For suitable applications, on-site oxygen generation can reduce dependence on bottled oxygen by producing the required gas directly at the facility, reducing delivery, storage and supply-chain requirements.
Yes. An oxygen analyzer continuously monitors gas quality, while the Purelogic Touch controller provides monitoring and control of oxygen flow, purity and pressure.
Yes. The generator is designed for easy integration and plug-and-play installation, with optional monitoring features including inlet dew-point, oxygen flow and external oxygen analysis.
Yes. As an India-based distributor, Atcorp can help assess your required oxygen purity, flow, pressure and application and assist with product selection, supply and service support.
