The PPNG 6–90 HE uses PSA technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air through Carbon Molecular Sieves.
Step 1 – Compressed Air Intake
Clean compressed air enters the nitrogen generator.
Step 2 – Gas Separation
The air passes through vessels containing high-efficiency Carbon Molecular Sieves.
Step 3 – Oxygen Adsorption
The CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen and other gases while nitrogen passes through.
Step 4 – PSA Regeneration
The vessels alternate between pressure levels, regenerating the CMS for continuous nitrogen production.
Step 5 – Purity-Controlled Delivery
Nitrogen is delivered at the selected purity, flow, and pressure.
Step 6 – Demand Optimization
The Variable Flow Saver adapts the PSA cycle and feed-air intake during lower demand to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
