A compact precision chiller continuously removes heat from process water and returns temperature-controlled water to the connected equipment.
Step 1 – Warm Water Return
Water carrying heat from the machine enters the chiller.
Step 2 – Heat Transfer
The process water passes through the plate heat exchanger.
Step 3 – Refrigeration
The refrigeration circuit extracts heat from the circulating water.
Step 4 – Heat Rejection
The air-cooled condenser releases the extracted heat into the surrounding environment.
Step 5 – Temperature Control
Hot-gas bypass control regulates cooling output to maintain the required water temperature.
Step 6 – Chilled Water Circulation
The integrated pump returns cooled water to the connected machine.
Step 7 – Continuous Cooling
The closed-loop process repeats to maintain stable equipment temperature.
The smaller models use rotary compressors, while the GKS2200B-V uses a scroll compressor. The system also incorporates an integrated water tank to provide additional thermal stability during short load variations.
Compact Machine-Side Cooling
The compact format makes these chillers suitable for individual machines, laboratories and smaller workshops where plant-scale cooling is unnecessary.
Precise ±1°C Control
Temperature control within approximately ±1°C helps protect sensitive equipment and maintain process consistency.
