A heavy-duty precision chiller continuously removes heat from process water and circulates the cooled fluid back to connected equipment.
Step 1 – Process Water Entry

The air-cooled condenser transfers the extracted heat to the surrounding atmosphere.
Step 5 – Temperature Stabilization
Hot gas bypass control helps regulate cooling output and maintain the required water temperature.
Step 6 – Chilled Water Circulation
The integrated pump sends temperature-controlled water back to the production equipment.
