The PPNG 1–12 SKID HE combines the complete nitrogen generation process into one engineered package, reducing the need to separately specify and integrate compressors, dryers, boosters, storage and treatment equipment. It is available in 40-bar and 300-bar configurations to suit different high-pressure nitrogen requirements.

The PPNG 1–12 SKID HE integrates compression, air treatment, PSA separation and high-pressure boosting into one coordinated system.
Step 1 – Air Compression
The VSD compressor supplies compressed air according to system demand.
Step 2 – Air Drying & Filtration
The integrated dryer and four-stage filtration system remove moisture, oil and particles.
Step 3 – PSA Separation
Carbon Molecular Sieves selectively adsorb oxygen and other gases while allowing nitrogen to pass through.
Step 4 – Nitrogen Purification
The PSA generator produces nitrogen at the selected purity.
Step 5 – High-Pressure Boosting
A correctly sized booster raises nitrogen to either 40 or 300 barg.
Step 6 – Storage & Delivery
The system supplies nitrogen directly for high-pressure use or stores it for applications such as cylinder filling.
