The PMNG 1–3 uses hollow-fiber membrane technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air.
Step 1 – Compressed Air Intake
Dry, treated compressed air enters the nitrogen generator.
Step 2 – Membrane Separation
Compressed air passes through specially designed hollow-fiber membranes.
Step 3 – Selective Permeation
Oxygen, water vapor, and other gases permeate through the membrane walls.
Step 4 – Nitrogen Concentration
Nitrogen remains within the fibers and becomes concentrated at the outlet.
Step 5 – Nitrogen Delivery
The generated nitrogen is supplied continuously at the selected purity and pressure.
