The PPNG 100–800 HE uses PSA technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air through Carbon Molecular Sieves.

Step 1 – Compressed Air Intake
Clean, treated compressed air enters the nitrogen generator.

Step 2 – Air Separation
Compressed air passes through vessels containing Carbon Molecular Sieves.

Step 3 – Oxygen Adsorption
The CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen and other gases while nitrogen passes through.

Step 4 – CMS Regeneration
The vessels alternate between high and low pressure, regenerating the CMS for continuous operation.

Step 5 – Nitrogen Delivery
High-purity nitrogen is delivered at the selected purity and required flow.

Step 6 – Demand Optimization
Variable Flow Saver adjusts the PSA cycle and feed-air intake during lower demand to minimize unnecessary energy consumption.

The PPNG 100–800 HE combines high-flow nitrogen production with efficient PSA technology and advanced control for demanding industrial applications.

High-Flow Nitrogen Production

Provides up to 2,870.9 Nm³/h at 95% purity in the PPNG 800 HE configuration.

High-Purity Output

Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers about the PPNG 100–800 HE PSA nitrogen generators, including purity, capacity, efficiency, operation, and applications.
The PPNG 100–800 HE offers selectable nitrogen purity up to 99.999%, allowing users to match nitrogen quality to their specific process requirements.
The series covers models from PPNG 100 HE to PPNG 800 HE. The PPNG 800 HE can deliver up to 2,870.9 Nm³/h at 95% purity and 374.7 Nm³/h at 99.999% purity.
It uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Carbon Molecular Sieves selectively adsorb oxygen and other gases from compressed air, allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas.
Variable Flow Saver adjusts the PSA cycle and feed-air intake according to nitrogen demand. During lower-demand periods, this helps reduce unnecessary compressed-air and energy consumption, with savings of up to 40% stated by the manufacturer.
The specified inlet pressure range is 5–10 barg, with a standard ambient operating range of 5–50°C.
