The PPNG 6–68 S uses PSA technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air through Carbon Molecular Sieves.

 

Step 1 – Compressed Air Intake
Clean compressed air enters the nitrogen generator.

 

Step 2 – Gas Separation
Air passes through vessels containing Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS).

 

Step 3 – Oxygen Adsorption
CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen and other impurities while nitrogen passes through.

 

Step 4 – CMS Regeneration
The vessels alternate between pressure levels to regenerate the CMS for continuous operation.

 

Step 5 – Nitrogen Delivery
