OilSyst combines multiple vacuum stages and process-protection components to maintain reliable vacuum even when the process generates heavy carryover.

Step 1 – Process Gas Entry
Process vapours and gases enter the vacuum package through the inlet module.

Step 2 – Carbon Separation
A cyclone separator removes a significant portion of heavy carbon carryover before it reaches the vacuum pumping stages.

Step 3 – Condensation
The interstage condenser removes condensable vapours and collects them in a receiver.

Step 4 – Fine Filtration
A reusable cartridge filter captures remaining particles while maintaining low pressure drop.

Step 5 – Vacuum Boosting
Two or three mechanical vacuum boosters increase pumping speed and support efficient evacuation.

Step 6 – Liquid Ring Pumping
The specially modified liquid ring vacuum pump acts as the backup pump and handles the remaining process load.

Step 7 – Oil Separation & Recirculation
The discharge separator separates oil from the exhaust stream, while the integrated oil circuit filters, cools and recirculates the oil.

Step 8 – Controlled Operation
The electrical control system and VFDs coordinate operation of the vacuum package.

Built for Heavy Process Carryover

The system is specifically configured to manage heavy carbon and process carryover associated with demanding oil re-refining applications.

Multi-Stage Vacuum Boosting

Two or three mechanical vacuum boosters provide high pumping speed and support consistent process vacuum.

Integrated Process Protection

Cyclone separation, condensation and cartridge filtration help protect downstream vacuum equipment.

Modified Liquid Ring Backup Pump

The specially configured liquid ring pump is designed to handle the heavy load reaching the backup stage.

Plug-and-Play Skid

Major components, controls and interconnecting piping are integrated on a common skid to simplify installation.

Fast Start & Stop

Unlike conventional steam ejector systems, the package can start and stop without lengthy warm-up or warm-down periods.

Low Vibration & Noise

The package is designed for comparatively low vibration and noise, allowing flexible installation locations.

Integrated Oil Management

Filtration, circulation and heat exchange help maintain the operating condition of the liquid ring pump system.
